Citizen Yachting = not "Stars & Stripes| - WatchSep 08, 2008 When ordering the "Citizen Yachting Watch" the confirmation changed the name to "Citizen Stars and Stripes Watch", so I cancelled the order. I then rang the supplier, Jomashop, who advised that, despite the change of name, I would receive the Yachting watch, so I went ahead with the purchase.
Excellent watch, exactly as ordered, supplied to Ireland in a very quick time, at a fraction of Irish High Street prices.
I will use this supplier again.

Beautiful and ComplicatedJan 13, 2008 This is a beautiful watch. It looks incredible. However we are still trying to figure out how to program it.
Great Watch!!Jan 07, 2008 Great watch!! Got this bad johnny at a Wicked price, shipped and delivered to me at an APO address in a very timely fashion.
The watch works great. any question you have can be answered by the manual (which is a freakishly huge novel) or if you lose that it comes with a CD-Rom and if you loose that, check it out online at Citizens website. I am pretty rough on my watch and I dont have any noticable scratches so I would say that it is Extremely scratch resistant.
EDIT-- the band clasp does however scratch, the rest of the watch seems almost impervious to scratches

Another great addition to the Eco-Drive LineSep 01, 2006 I recently purchased this watch, and so far am very impressed. With all the world-time/alarm/calendar/chrono functions, you would be hard pressed to be lacking anything you might need in a watch. I own many watches, including high end pieces such as Breitling and Omega, but am always impressed with Citizen's value per dollar and ability to deliver a consistently quality product. The solar poward eco-drive system is probably the most sensible movement to have in a watch, with no maintenence needed or batteries to replace, and a 4 year power reserve that is way more than anyone could possibly need. The watch has a quality feel unlike many overseas brands, and I love the new and improved "Yachtmaster-like" bezel on this model. It's also nice to have both analog and digital displays, as well as 30 time zones available with a push of a button. The watch looks beautiful on the wrist, but just a warning that it is a deep watch that sits a little bit high. My only possible complaint is that it is a little tricky to figure out how to set it at first, which will require some reading of the manual. Also, I wish Citizen would put a Sapphire crystal in more of their watches, I for one would be willing to pay the extra dough.
Excellent watch overall.

Quite An Impressive Piece!Aug 15, 2006 Every possible gadget and gizmo that could be incorporated into a sailing watch has been included with this one. It is attractive and comes with a healthy-sized book on how to operate it. I gave it as a gift to a retiring doctor and he was duly impressed. Everybody's reaction to seeing it for the first time: "Wow, that sucker is heavy." But it's a looker.
