Very happy with this eco-friendly watchMay 23, 2010 I bought this watch about a month ago. I love how quickly it charged by just leaving it under a lamp. It is beautiful and has been working perfectly so far. The only problem I had was that the band was too long. That was very easy to fix though. I just took it to a jeweler, who took a couple of links out in 10 minutes.
She Loved it!Jan 30, 2010 It is a pretty watch, keeps good time and was easy to adjust for her wrist.
What is even better is that my Daughter-in-law loved it!
Thanks Citizen for another fine watch.
Absolutely Love this watchOct 15, 2009 My hubby bought me this watch for my 40th birthday. It was sized so i am not sure what the other posters are talking about. I have a very small wrist and the jeweler removed a link for me. Well the sad news is that last Friday I misplaced the watch and the jeweler doesn't carry it anymore but luckily I found it here on Amazon and will be getting another one! I am so happy about too because this watch actually has all the numbers on the face! I love that feature! and furthermore it runs on time all day and night long so i am not sure about that claim either regarding it ran slow. I take my watch off only to shower, apply lotion, wash dishes and when sleeping. The morning I lost my watch i had been putting lotion on my hands in the car, i forgot the watch was in my lap and when I got to work it fell out of my lap onto the ground and I didn't notice but someone else did and they too I am sure are loving my watch!

Not for small wrists...Apr 21, 2009 Absolutely love this beautiful watch, EXCEPT FOR ONE THING... It cannot be sized to fit a small wrist properly. The links in the band are all different sizes; some are removable, some are not. The three links closest to the face, with the crystals, are three different sizes and non-removable, as are several others. The center crystal links are very long and if you have a small wrist, when the back-of-the-band links are removed, the long crystal links will not sit flat against your wrist. It is uncomfortable, looks bad and likely, may shatter the crystals, as they sit at an odd angle away from the side of your wrist. If you leave extra links in, then the watch flops around, turning upside down. Amazon will not take back a watch that you have tried to size. There are no wrist-size measurements listed on Amazon's or Citizen's websites, it is not clear from their pictures either and neither can tell you what size wrists this watch can be made to properly fit. In addition, if you try to return the watch due sizing issues, Amazon will charge you for return shipping. If you have a medium-sized wrist, you should be okay, but BEWARE to small-wristed women... (This seems to be an issue with some other Citizen watches. Also, I've been told small-wristed men have the same problem with Citizen watches.)
Scratch-resistant? It does not seem to be...Feb 28, 2009 I bought this Feb 12th. I was so delighted with it. I seldom use it, and keep it on the windowsill to charge.
I noticed today, though, that I had 3 scratches on the face. I cannot imagine what could have caused that, especially when it is supposed to be scratch resistant. The windowsill is not that cold to "crack" glass. The only probable culprit is zipper along the cuff of my winter coat, which I doubt is of material hard enough to penetrate the mineral crystal this watch was supposed to have...
I also bought a similar eco-drive for my husband, and it seemed slow, he kept adjusting the time. We are trying to observe how much it gets delayed over time.
I will try contacting amazon about this (they are supposed to have automatically registered these purchases for warranty).
