 Nice watchFeb 13, 2010
I've had this watch for 4 years and I really like it. I've never had the issue of the clasp coming undone, however, after 2 years one of the crystals fell out. It doesn't look as nice now and Citizen doesn't repair cosmetic problems for free, I was quoted $60 to replace the crystal from Citizen. $60??? I may as well order a new watch. That really upset me and unfortunately the missing crystal is all I see when I look at the watch, it's very irritating. It also scratches extremely easy, within a month of having the watch it was very scratched up. But over all, the watch itself has never had any issues, it's very good quality.

I am giving the product 5 stars even though we returned the product. The reason for the return was my friend who I bought this for her birthday didnt like the looks so much.She wanted a watch with black dial and a watch that did not need a change of battery every few years. I myself own a Citizen Eco Drive and I thought this would be the ideal one. The product was really nice and why not its a Citizen after all. Based on my experience with Citizen Eco Drive I am sure this would have been just as wonderful of a watch.
The product arrived on time and quite a few days before the birthday itself. I am also very pleased with the way Amazon handled the return of the item. The "call me now" feature on Amazon is just amazing, i didnt expect to get a call right away actually. it was very smooth and i didnt have to make a second call.

Excellent gift idea.Jun 07, 2008
I gave this to my oldest daughter for her birthday last year. Now I am having the hardest time thinking of a gift to give her this year. Beautiful watch. She is lucky that she never has to wind this or replace batteries. The time is accurate and the design fits her to a T. I like the Eco-Drive better that both of my fake Rolexes.

This watch is beautiful and for someone into watches, it is quite cool as it runs on light rather than battery. I haven't had a problem with the clasp as the other reviewer mentioned so perhaps Citizen fixed the clasp. Maybe instead, mine is too new to have problems yet. The crystal accents are pretty making it dressier than the average stainless steel watch.

This is a good watch to buy. It is quite elegant with a simple design and clear time display. The little diamond decoration adds to its beauty. The only problem with this watch is that its tab easily goes loose -- I almost lost the watch several times.
